The 29th Street Lofts were completed around 2005 by Eden Oak in the Etobicoke community of Long Branch on the western lake shore. It is a townhouse-style complex with one and two storey Toronto lofts.
On the west side of Toronto, 29th Street Lofts are part of the revitalization of Lakeshore Boulevard in the historic Mimico district. Stainless steel fixtures, laminate flooring, contemporary cabinetry and countertops highlight the interior of these new soft lofts.
A couple of interesting facts about these lofts is that the builder won awards for their marketing of the project, and the bassist for Billy Talent used to live here. Until he got famous, of course, and bought something much, much larger.
