Kensington Lofts
Kensington Lofts is located at 160 Baldwin Street/21 Nassau Street.
This six story building was originally the home of Provincial Institute of Trades before it was converted into this 140 unit loft.
There are a total of 140 units (79 units on Baldwin, and 61 units on Nassau) and they’re split up into townhouse-style lofts and penthouse-style lofts for you to choose from, you can also choose from one or two bedroom lofts.
Each Toronto loft features: high ceilings, large windows, polished bamboo floors, cork floors, and hardwood floors, access to a large multi-purpose room, a private garage, surveillance, and a landscaped central courtyard.
Kensington Lofts was made very environmentally friendly!
The rooftop garden is not only there for its beauty but it also helps reduce heat and air conditioning costs and reduces rainwater runoff.
Not only the exterior is green, the interior is made out of environmentally-friendly materials such as bamboo, cork, recycled concrete and glass!
