Massey Harris Lofts is located at 915 King Street West. This five storey building was built in 1883 as a red-brick office building that was known as Massey Harris Farm Equipment before it was converted into this 46 unit Toronto loft. There were also two storey penthouses with large terraces built onto the original building. Each loft ranges in size from a cozy 350 square feet to a spacious 1250 square feet.
The Massey Harris Lofts feature: huge windows, 11 foot ceilings, exposed brick walls, exposed wooden posts and beams, high end kitchens and bathrooms with all glass shower and radiant floor heating. In fact some bathrooms were created out of the office’s payroll vaults, complete with vaulted metal ceilings!
