This is the longes documentary I have watched. 3.5 hours over two days. I recently subscribed to Netflixs as I love movies and have not much use for T.V. except for News. I also hate all the commercials.
This is an extremely well done documentary with a ton of detail of Mark Twain’s life and family. I hadn’t realized he had writeen as many books as he has. I was stuck back at Tom Sawyer and the Adventures of Huck Fin. I checked this morning and Amazon currently carries more than 30 titles.
Loads of archival pictures and comments from historians and Twain specialists. He lived a colorful life. Unlike most artists he was able to have a successful marriage & family life until the death of his wife. So if you are interested in documentaries this one is well worth the watching.
