Medical College Lofts is located at 289 Sumach Street. This three storey building was originally built in 1890 as a training college in defiance of the University of Toronto, in a Romanesque Revival style before it was converted into 10 two and three storey lofts. Each Toronto loft ranges in size from 800 square feet to 2000 square feet, and they all feature: 15 foot ceilings, exposed brick walls, wood beams, fireplaces, indoor parking, and walk-out to terraces some with skylights.
