Stonecutter Lofts is located at 43 Britain Street. This building was previously used as a warehouse and was built over a century ago, in 2005 it was converted into the five Toronto lofts you see there today.
Each unit at Stonecutter Lofts ranges in size from 1100 square feet to a massive 6000 square feet, which is one of the largest lofts in Toronto. Each loft features: classic post and beam construction, exposed brick, hardwood floors, high ceilings, and open concept with unique design and planning (tailored to the preference of the original buyers). Unfortunately, there are only 3 private garage parking spots available.
Stonecutter Lofts is located right in Toronto’s King East district. There are many designer furniture stores and classy restaurants in the area. The financial district and St. Lawrence Market are within walking distance, you wont need to go far from home to shop or to run errands.
