The Loretto is located at 387 Brunswick Avenue. This building was originally designed by architect Neil G. Beggs with the incorporation of severalĀ Beaux-Arts Design that were popular at the time. There is a mix of condo-style lofts and townhome-style lofts, and each Toronto loft features: hardwood flooring, acoustically insulated walls, a balcony/terrace, granite countertops and breakfast bar overhand are in the kitchen, and 9 to 10 foot ceilings depending on which you choose. The interior landscaped courtyard and amenities center contain limestone or granite tile, and flooring is engineered wood veneer.
